I recommend using hardest or 2nd hardest, if you are seasoned FPS gamer. When focusing on the main objectives, Shadow Warrior Classic Redux is about 9 Hours in length. People who completed in 5 hours used too low difficulty. I haven't completed it yet, but heard everything from 5 to 15 hours. For main story it depends a lot from difficulty.
